Top 3 Myths of Home Theaters
1. Bigger is better
Sorry guys... when it comes to Home Theaters, this is a myth.
The size of the TV should be directly related to the size of your room and
as for speakers, there are very powerful ones that will fit in the palm of your hand.
2. Home Theaters are only for rich people
Ah, no. A Home Theater consists of 3 things:
the video, the audio and the room. Sure there are rich people
with 20 seat theaters in their house... but I can show you how to
have your own theater in a living/family room that sounds great.
3. There's no room in my house for a Home Theater
There are 2 different types of Home Theaters:
Dedicated and Non-Dedicated.
Simply put, a dedicated Home Theater is a room that is only used
to watch movies, where a non-dedicated one is located in an existing room
like a family/living room. If you have a TV and a reciever,
I can show you how to set up a Home Theater in both places.
Congratulations... you are now on your
way to building your very own Home Theater
